I have serviced the Corporate Fitness Center of the nation’s largest carpet cleaning company STANLEY STEEMER International in Dublin Ohio for 11 years.

I was also the Corporate Fitness Trainer for American Showa in Sunbury Ohio for 4 years. As Corporate Fitness Trainer I have trained and motivated over 100 employees between the ages of 18 to 65.

Currently I train 40 employees at Stanley Steemer that workout 2 or 3 times a week. The workout sessions are 1 hour in lengh in groups of 2 to 5 people. Beginners get one-on-one training to get them conditioned and up to speed to start training in a group after a few weeks. The pace can be easy to moderate for beginners. Those who have been training with me for a while know that they can expect to be sore even after 10 years of training.

We come to you your home if you have a busy schedule, need to stay home with the children, are too intimidated in a big gym, or you just want to spice up your workout.

Powell Gym Private Training

This 4,000 square foot facility is for trainers and their clients only. There is no contract or membership fee. It is fully equipped with strength training equipment, functional training, and plyometric training equipment.

If you do not belong to a gym, you are welcome to use the cardio equipment complimentary with the paid personal training session. There is also free bottled water, towel and fruit service, all of which is included with your training session.
